(sigh)
I started out trying very hard to stay on track while we were in Vegas. Eventually it got harder and harder, though. We had a great time while we were there for a week and although I eventually indulged more, I still did it "carefully".
I weighed yesterday morning before eating (on plan), and was up 5 pounds
. I took in 15.45 carbs yesterday and weighed again this morning b/c I was curious. I know you shouldn't weight that often, but I had to peek. As of this morning 6am I'm only showing up 2 pounds from when I got back from Vegas!!
Anyway, I'll be back on induction again for at least the next 13 days. I'm hoping to put things fully back on track. Having run out of options during some meals and indulged in cocktails other times, I figured I'd better start over fresh. I guess it's a good thing I was able to come home and get back on track instead of having fully derailed myself and fallen back into old ways!

I also went back to work today (teacher), so my natural exercise level will be increasing again as well.





I'm plugging away at induction again. Down three from when we got back but by Sunday I was already down that same three so I feel stalled out. It's only been a few days though, so I know I need to give it some time and probably stay off the scale and quit being so obesessive...
