    today was kinda tough....my eating was a little out of balance.

    bfast: 3 eggs
    snack: string cheese & sugar free pudding
    lunch: atkins advantage bar
    snack: string cheese & sugar free pudding
    dinner: salad
    snack: string cheese


    haha SOOOO out of balance...but I was craving sweets all day. I mean, at least I didn't go off the diet, but I should probably watch the cheese/sugar alcohol intake.

    Lost it over the weekend, and it was so stupid as I had prepared for the weekend and everything. But I am waking up to day four tomorrow so I just put my day three blinkie on again and I am proud of it !! I was up to two weeks when I acted foolishly this weekend but I am proud that I got right back on and I am more determined than ever.

        Today is good so far. I'm always saying "so far" that's why I used it as my screen name. I don't know if it's because I'm an optimist or a pessimist? Maybe a realist?

        Anyhow, still on the program. Only thing is I feel very weak today so I think I may force myself to eat more today. Or maybe, I should excercise less? Is anyone else feeling weak today (I'm on day 7 too)
