    Happy Sunday, STAC!

As some of you may know, Sunday is my new *weigh in day*. And the title of this thread denotes that the weigh in was SUCCESSFUL! Woo-hoo - down three pounds last week!

Technically the last day of induction for me was last Tuesday, so i am working on my first week of extended induction now. But i like the idea of Sunday being the first day of the week, so from now on i am counting my weeks as Sunday-Saturday, with weigh-ins on Sunday mornings. I am also going to start measuring on Sunday mornings too.

I feel great. I have been exercising 5-6 days a week. I alternate doing 45 minutes on the treadmill (Tues, Thurs, Sat) and The Firm (Mon, Wed, Fri) each day. Yesterday ended up being my day of rest, so today i have to get back on that treadmill! The little one is sleeping, so now is the perfect time for me to do this, although i hadn't been able to check on the board today so i wanted to get my daily dose of ADBB in.

I hope everyone is having a great week... i am now! Only six more pounds till my first mini-goal. I am pretty psyched about it, because that will bring my total to 50 pounds lost! Then i have to post my pictures... ScArY!

    How is everyone else doing?

Thanks, Kat! Yeah, it is always good to put a face to a name, huh?! I am really nervous about posting pictures, but i think it'll be good to do.

Won't be long now! Just got off the treadmill and i did good. I am even increasing my speed and such. I feel much better about working out when i do it everyday. A body in motion, stays in motion, right? (And this coming from a person who has always hated exercising...)

Congratulations! You are doing quite well.

Don't be afraid to post pictures. We never look at other people's pictures and say "Ewww". Although we may of our own. Every pound lost makes us look that much better.

Yes, and another good benefit is that exercise relieves depression -- which is a biggie for us ladies who seem to get more of it then men.

          Hey janiac!
