Well, I am back on the Atkins WOL officially today. It WAS official 1 1/2 weeks ago also, until the family went on vacation and I blew it, so here I am again. I previously lost 30 pounds on Atkins, got into the gym, etc. but with all of the excitement of my wedding (July 
I got off track and went crazy! So even though I haven't gain but 5 pounds back, I never did lose the last 10 pounds that I set out to lose in the first place, so here I am again. I figured I would post here to make myself more accountable so this would be the LAST official start of my Atkins WOL!
