Well i'm on day 8, after a weekend long crappy-food fest that was all started just by being hungry. Dont let yourself get hungry! And, more importantly, make sure you have good foods when you do get hungry!
I droppped 6-7 lbs overnight, like on day 2 which was last wednesday-ish. Friday for dinner is when I blew it, and I kept blowing it all the way till monday afternoon. Because of this screw up, i've been stuck at the same weight for a week, and i've only been back ON atkins for one more day than that!
In induction we're expecting to lose weight fast, so when you screw up right off the bat its more frustrating I think, than if you were far ahead and in a stall.
I know its just a waiting game and it will probably take me a few days still to go down at all. gr!
