    Morning STACers!

I'm doing good today. Nothing out of the ordinary - with the exception that I am so GLAD tomorrow is Friday. I am done with this week.

My plans for today aren't really varying from the other days this week. I am happy that I have done something active each night. Still feeling tired today - but this too shall pass.

I'm wanting chocolate again, so thinking of looking for the cream cheese cloud recipe and seeing if I can curb this sweet tooth. On the other hand, I'm a little nervous about adding anything that may be considedered "sweet" because it might cause me to binge on carbo junk. Thoughts anyone?

How is everyone else doing today?

    Re: Thursday Check-In

Pretty good today so far. I'll be glad to see Friday too.

I try to limit this, but it's much better than falling off!

2 oz of cream cheese - softened
Dusting to cover the cream cheese of any flavor sugar free pudding.
    Dash of Stevia

    Mix well. Enjoy!

I have used choco, cheese cake and vanilla. I also made a mousse which is so good the kids love it! (it's made with tofu) Sometimes I will whip up some whipping cream and stevia just to have a sweet something. You can add cream cheese to it and it makes more like that thick fruit dip. I've also added crystal light to the whipping cream while whipping to give it a fruity taste. I have a recipe for choco globs from years ago, but have not made it as I'm afraid it will send me into cravings. Last night I treated myself to diet root beer with whipping cream in it. Tastes like a root beer float! MMMM

      Hi everyone

I just finished the 14 day induction. 17 lbs lost - yea! I'm going to stay on extended induction until I get within 10 pounds of goal (I think).

Sarah. Yesterday when I "binged" on an Atkins bar it didn't make me crave any sweets, it just made me really full. But then again, most things that may make other people crave (like diet pepsi), don't affect me.

      Good Luck!

I still have my TOM but i do feel better today. And my house is clean, as Luna has lost one of our Netflix and i have been frantically searching for it so i am cleaning like crazy! I can't get her to fess up to where it is ~ i bet she has forgotten...

          Hey gals,
Afternoon here in HOT-lanta. Man the south is taking a beating this last few weeks...
I am so glad I am getting up and exercising by 7:30 because I would never be able to get it done otherwise....I have to mow grass this afternoon and I am crazy.
Today I am really tired, and have a sense of being worn out. Not a good day to be that way considering, the grass needs mowing, we registered at the highschool and walked an extra mile or so around and now tonight it is clothes shopping. I could curl up and rest all afternoon, NOT!!!! Today is not a hard food day, just a hard day period...

Thanks for sharing the recipe Rachel!

I am having a terrible day at work . But the good part is that I resisted the urge to order Qdoba or have french fries or icecream somewhere. So far so good.

I need a new job. I don't want to complain though because people in Michigan are losing their jobs right and left. Grrrrr!!!! Not that there are many jobs available here right now. So frustrating.

Hang in there Sarah, you can make it through this day. Think of all the good things you are enjoying...there is that quality of life. There is that empowerment, there is that sense of collective community...there is consistency you are developing as you keep moving forward....they all give you momentum.... (did I leave any of my own buzz words out?)

Hey Sarah ~ I'm sorry you are having such a tough day at work, but i am super proud of you for staying strong and not giving in to Qdoba or french fries! You are awesome! Things will look up soon ~ just keep sending out your intentions mentally for the best job for you, and it will happen!

Jess ~ i love it! Grin and Bare it day... that's cool...

Well, i worked out, and showered and ate a mock danish for lunch + some olives. I am kinda tired today (probably thanks to TOM). Baby is napping... maybe i will rest my eyes for a few minutes too! I have to go to a work function with my husband tonight... i am hoping my size 18 pants that were a bit too tight after i had gained back that 17 pounds will fit now! This will be the first time i will try them on since i could get them buttoned last time... as far as i know, as of last Sunday i was back down 11 of the 17 pounds, so hopefully they will fit again. DH says he can tell that i am losing weight again, so that is good! Wish me luck...

I'll check back in with you all later!!!

The party was fine - it was an outside party and it rained a little before we got there, so i am glad that we missed it. They had an "Island" theme with a roast pig, an open bar (i had water - woo-hoo) and lots of fruit and dessert. Here is what i had: some pieces of roast pig with no sauce (man, it was dry!) because they had the jar out with the sauce that they used and i snuck a peek at the label and there were too many carbs in there! I had nothing else - and was starving when i got home! But i did good. And the pants fit, so that was nice. LOL.
