For the most part, I eat on a schedule because I work. Working at home allows me to eat whatever *I* want - including snacks.
I noticed when I first started Atkins 5 weeks ago that my eating times were all over the place. The hunger set in suddenly and I was ravenous at times. Easy time to stumble.
To avoid such temptations I had lots of things on hand that I could eat and still be within limits
, thanks to the insistance of my wonderful husband.
Now I noticed I'm eating at scheduled times. I don't watch the clock and prepare to eat. Instead, it's more like "oh! lunch!?" I try to limit my intake at breakfast so that I am hungry at lunch. So, my portions are smaller and I'm eating more normally - instead of that 3 lb of bacon like everyone thinks we eat daily LOL
Anyone else notice this? I do notice that at night I literally have to force myself to eat a little something - usually veggies to make sure I get all my carbs in.
