  • Induction: 1 week down

Been away from the computer for a few days so didn't get to post, but I am glad to report that there was no cheating while I was away, even though I didn't do as well with the drinking water as I should have. I plan to work on that beginning today, however.
So anyways, with that said I stuck to my goal of not getting on the scale until 1 week into induction and am glad to report that I DID lose! I didn't weigh myself on Day 1 because I restarted this WOL at the spur of the moment (dinner at Cracker Barrell and realized they have a low carb menu), but I figure I was somewhere around 155-157, and this morning I weighed in at 153! So there has been a 2-4 pound loss in week 1. I am good with that!
