I've seen a lot of recipes that use flavored whey protein powder. What phase/rung would that be considered? Just curious!

if it is protein isolate then it is a pure protein and induction legal IF and that is a big if the rest of the stuff in the powder is legal too.
if it is a concentrate or blend then it is dairy rung 2 and legal only if the rest of the stuff in the package is Atkins legal too.by the book atkinseer
