How is everybody doing. I am good. A little slow and tired today, but I am up and focusing...I have read all over the boards this morning...
I was wondering if we could start a challenge here?
Who wants to gather up and challenge ourselves...Setting a mini goal and then working towards it TOGETHER for those of us in this current daily community?
I was thinking a 1 week mini goal...
Any thoughts...

. I think mine yeaterday was 42 with 28 fiber, although I admit I hadn't added a couple things like a packet of splenda and and ounce of cream. My fat to protein is hovering right around 68% fat and 27% protein. So I'm pretty close! I still need to work on spreading out my veggie carbs.
