  • So proud of myself!

Today was indeed a first for me andf I hope you are as proud of me as I am of myself!

I got up this morning and was greeted by the smell of toast, my Mum had made me some. I said 'no thanks Mum, can't have bread'

Got to work and there were cookies on the table. I LOVE cookies and I wanted one so bad but I though, if I eat that cookie that means I will give in for the rest of the day which means I will more than likely give up all weekend. Do I still want to be fat this time next year? No I don't so I sisn't have it.

Just now my friend called to say she was at the take out and did I want some fries and I said no again.

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I WILL be thin SOOOOON!!!

AWESOME! I had a similar thing this morning. Didnt have any eggs in the house and dh stopped by the local taco shop down the street and got bfast tacos. Their tortillas are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! I dumped out the eggs and thru the tortillas in the garbage...now that take will power!

Awesome job, some how trap that great feeling in a bottle and keep it around for the weekend....wouldn't that be nice. I always try hard to consentrate on the good empowering feelings, so when I am about to bite and loose my ground, I think twice...
