Good Friday morning all. I's now day 8 for me, and as of this morning I was down 13 pounds. I know you'll all yell at me but I was slightly disapointed
. Not sure why... I think it's because last time around I lost an insane amount of weight on induction (27 lbs or so). I just have to realize that a) I fell off the wagon last time so it's probably not the best example, and b) I haven't done anywhere near the cardio that I was doing then. My toe is feeling pretty good and I leave tonight for the cruise, so I'm hoping to get back into a habit of excercise. I'm also considering using the cruise to switch to decaf... but I really don't want to
