    i hear from my husband why did you do all the work and now your putting all the weight back on again...15 more and it will be back to square one
    laziness i guess, its not all back yet....ive been clean all week, and i think my only problem is that im not drinking enough water...
    exercise is happening atleast 3 times a week but i worked atleast 4 doubles this week, and thats on my feet all day so i do try to get walking other than work when i can hey 15 minutes here and there is better than not at all
    its a tough thing to get back into it but i turn 40 this november and really want to get back to the weight where i was happy, and felt really good.
    so im here trying to keep the motivation going

    this board was always important 3 years ago and it is still

    Hey dizzygal1668 welcome! My hubby is the same way... he's so supportive I could just smack the UKNOWWHAT out of him... don't you hate being told what you already know! Oh goodness, I remember turning 40 (EEEEeeeeeK!) I think I needed granny glasses the very next day and hormones the day after that! Hugs Sweetie!

      Welcome back. I agree, this board is very important in keeping each other motivated and making friends who 'share' the same goal of not only changing our life-styles, but to continue to stay healthy.

      Working long hours makes it a bit more complicated, but if you make it a habit of planning what you'll eat and when you can find time to exercise, it helps. I used to work 12 hour shifts last summer off and on. I took walks on my lunch break and prepared meals that I could take to work and pop into the microwave. I might not have put as much into my WOE on those days, but I was still working it as much as I could.

      So happy you've made the decision to get back into shape. It will definitely help give you more energy and self-satisfaction. Best wishes! Keep us posted on your progress.
