I am doing very well on Atkins this time around. It's been 3 years since my last success. I was OWL for 2 years before somehow it all got away from me. I'm on day 6 of induction. Staying on track is not what I'm stressing about.
I did not journal my progress back then, I only knew by photos and the different sizes of pants in my closet how I was doing.
Is it a far fetched mini goal to drop 20 lbs by halloween? I am excercising too.
My start date is August 15.
It's not the end of the world if I don't lose that much in 2 1/2 months, but I'm wondering if it may be slower for me because my starting weight is 157 lbs.
Any input?
