    Re: back again... help!

Leah girl, don't quit now, get your head together, you are so much closer than many of us. You are come so far...the only that can stop you is to quit! Maybe you should join the challenge Trick Not Treat, loose 10lbs by Halloween...I joined it.
When you get closer to goal, you loose less, and have to stay focused more. Hopefully you are making yourself go through all 4 levels of atkins, so you can ensure your success.

Leah, you have done so great!! Climb back up here on the wagon with us .
In addition to re-reading the book, try to pre-plan your days as much as possible. This seems to help me stay the course. Also, don't allow yourself to get to hungry. Over hungry always sets me up for failure. And finally, remember Dr. A's statement that one taste is the kiss of death. This holds so true for me. Even if it is just a sugar free piece of candy or something.

Hang in there! You can do this!!

          welcome back
don't put time constraints on your weight loss. just make those goals 10 pounds lost and then when it arrives celebrate with a nonfood vivtory party.

pressure to preform=stress= not good for weight loss hormones= cravings and weight gain.
