  • Saturday!

Hope everyone is well this Saturday morning.

I woke up at 6 on my day off! Love the energy I have these days. Meeting this morning and then some shopping. What to wear, what to wear? So much nicer now to look in that closet than before.

Water, water. That's my goal. It may have to wait until I return from shopping.

Hope everyone has a nice Saturday.

        Morning, STACers...

I'm enjoying my mock danish & getting ready to start the day. Not much too exciting going on here ~ my husband is in a band and they have two gigs up north this weekend so i sort of have the house to myself; me and Luna, that is!

I plan on doing the Firm today & if it is warm enough, we might go swimming too. Not much left of the summer, now, huh?! Have to get it in while we can...

        Have a great Saturday, everyone!

          Re: Saturday!

Hi everyone. This past week I had two long (8 hour) car trips. The first one I was good. Packed meat, cheese, eggs, etc. and did great. Yesterday, I was rushed and didn't pack anything. I ate breakfast, then I brought my kids to Subway. I had one of their wraps that they said are made for Atkins. On the nutritional info, it says 18grams gross carbs and 9 grams fiber. I know that this doesn't fit in with the veggies rung of OWL, but has anyone else had one of these? I don't seem to be craving anything and I'm still in ketosis. What do you guys think?

            Re: Saturday!

The wraps aren't horrible. If you are following a strict induction you can always peel the wrap itself off. I spent this morning out on the boat fishing (no luck). Beautiful sunny day. We had a picnic out on a sand spit that's sort of in the middle of cape cod. Great place for shells because the waves pound up on the sand all day. Also did my SI6 again. I honestly wasn't very sore today, so either I didn't go hard enough or I wasn't doing it right. I'm missing having a scale around and my excercise equipment, but I'll just have to adjust. Glad everyone else is doing well!

                  Re: Saturday!

It was pretty nice. He cooked Saturday and Sunday. Now don't get me wrong - he isn't cooking to be nice to me. He's only cooking because he likes his cooking better than mine. Which I'm totally ok with, lol.
