I honestly can't believe I got out of my funk last week. When I've fallen off diets in the past, i've found it absolutely impossible to get back up. And I felt this was going to be the saaaame way. I was convincing myself that my college beer&pizza diet wasn't all that bad and that the ravenous feelings were just a result of the sub-par cafeteria food. And whatever, weight gain was inevitable, so I might as well just be happy.
And then I clicked the little ADBB link on my favorites, and saw i had some private messages
, and I just read through the STAC posts....and you all continuously remind me of why I should stick to this way of life.
Sooo yesterday marks day 3 cheat-free, back on with you guys. I turned down the midnight pizza ordering (i chose to focus on beating the guys in video games to distract myself), whereas last week i ate 6 slices at 3 am!
