  • A day of celebration!

I've been fluctuating on that 1 pound or worse, 1/2 pound for a few days.

well..... I finally lost it and I ain't looking for I!

I'M DOWN 20 POUNDS!! In 7 weeks I have lost 20 pounds! That's... that's... an average of almost 3 pounds a week! Whoo hooo!

I think I'll celebrate with a glass of cold water and breakfast!

It feels great! I'll be headed to the store after work to get more veggies!

Treat? I think I'll schedule a massage! That should hit the spot.

Thanks everyone.. I have been on cloud 9 all day.
