    Day 10 of induction and not a pound down. Well, i didnt weigh myself the first 2 days so might have lost a couple then. I've had no cheats. I keep under 20 carbs. I drink my water. I feel great. Do i just have a body very determined to hang on to every ounce of fat? Will i wake up one day with one **** of a whooshie and lose 10 pounds overnight? Should i up my carbs? Lower my carbs? Was suggested to up my fat intake so will try that for the next couple of days. I didnt take measurements the first week but did this week and will find out monday (sunday if i get too impatient) if I've lost inches.
    Is someone holding the whoosie fairy hostage? Did she get lost on her way to my house? Does she just have a bit of a mean streak in her and is enjoying torturing me? I am determined to hunt her down so if you see her tell her I am looking for her.

    menu
    breakfast-eggs and sausage (or mock danish)
    lunch-romaine salad sometimes with tuna
    dinner-chicken breast and squash
    snacks-cream cheese with some splenda

    What are your fat to protein percentages? They look low from the menu you posted. Did you take measurements to see if you are losing inches? Do you know if you are in ketosis?

      yesterdays were 62% fat% carbs and 33% protein.... todays goal is to try and get it up to 70 and do that for a few days and see what happens.

        I would, yeah. I know I find it difficult to get that much fat myself, but if I don't I won't lose.

          Also, are you drinking lots of water?? Are you still drinking diet coke or anything like that? Water is obviously great for you, but the caffeine causes problems for others. It doesn't seem to effect me, but we each have to learn about our own bodies. So when in doubt evaluate everything that goes into your mouth - food or drink. But pstansel is right - work on those percentages and see what happens. Are you exercising? If you started a major exercise program at the same time as induction - you may be building muscle and just see a small delay in the numbers on the scale.
