Day 10 of induction and not a pound down. Well, i didnt weigh myself the first 2 days so might have lost a couple then. I've had no cheats. I keep under 20 carbs. I drink my water. I feel great. Do i just have a body very determined to hang on to every ounce of fat? Will i wake up one day with one **** of a whooshie and lose 10 pounds overnight? Should i up my carbs? Lower my carbs? Was suggested to up my fat intake so will try that for the next couple of days. I didnt take measurements the first week but did this week and will find out monday (sunday if i get too impatient) if I've lost inches.
Is someone holding the whoosie fairy hostage? Did she get lost on her way to my house? Does she just have a bit of a mean streak in her and is enjoying torturing me? I am determined to hunt her down so if you see her tell her I am looking for her.
