    got a cough today... just a few minutes ago I took a big swig of nyquil..without thinking..

    Nyquil comes in gelcaps. That is what I take. Blame it on being sick and move on/. I hope you feel better soon.

      yeah whats really dumb is I did the same thing about a year ago.. I think when im sink I go into zombie mode..

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
