  • First day back on....YEAH!

Today is my first day back on the diet, and I already feel better! I went to the gym for about 3 hours! I decided today that I am going to start spending alot more time at the gym! I am single, and I have nothing else to do with my time, so I am going to start just working out like a beast! The pounds will come off faster that way also! I wish I had the internet at my house, instead I have to come to my moms house to use the internet..dang! But oh well, I wish I could just sit on here and chat with other atkineers but I cant! I can't take the stress of being around my mom right now, other wise I would move back in, but I have some more growing up to do. And more weight to lose. I cannot be focused in my moms house, so Im going to stay all by myself and do my thing! Its going to be great because I can stay by myself, and then when I move out and im to my goal weight, I can take my deposit and by some new clothes! HAHAH nice, and by then ill be gettin my income taxes also, very nice combination, that will be take care of me time! Can't wait! but right now I have some hard work to do!

Very good! I am so glad to hear that you are on track w/ such a positive outlook. I DEFINITELY know it is easier when you are on your own. No excuses to have carb laden foods. Just be careful not to workout too much in the beginning, if u hurt yourself you'll be out for a minute. Look at it this way, it didnt take you a day to get to where you are , its not gonna take a day to take the weight off. Just enjoy the new highs that come from this WOE.......Take it easy.....the weight will be off in no time.

Great news on feeling better! Go you!!

I agree with sourpuffgirl though. Be careful with the exercising. First, you could injure yourself by over doing it; and secondly, you may burn yourself out on it - then what?

      Keep up the great work!!
