  • Happy Friday check-in!

    Well, it's the day before the long weekend. I know it's going to rain pretty much the whole time here Ah well. I'm 3 weeks in now, and down 26 pounds or so. Slow loss week for me (3 pounds) but that's ok. I'm still on a steady pace. Working out was a ***** this morning but I did it. Oh, and I gave up caffeine at the start of the week and I think my cravings are subsiding.

    Man you are just rockin! Down almost 30 lbs, Paul you gotta be feeling good.

    I am doing good, feeling fine, made a new lettus wrap this morning with turkey and bacon...and sprinkling of tomatoe...so it was a BLTTwrappppp. Very nice treat.
    Breakfast is always a challenge...I can eat eggs but not every morning, and I do like bacon but not every morning...If I can just get a bit more variety there, I would like it. I am a rut eater, and am always looking for ways to NOT dig a rut!
    Our church is a core part of our lives. We are on staff, and are on the go with it all week. This week there has been a daily prayer meeting from 7-8am. I usually get up and go, come home and have breakfast. Some days Ihave gotten up at 5 to exercise before I leave, some days I exercised the minute I return. This morning as it was ending and I was coming out of the bathroom, I realized I did not know if I had eaten breakfast or not. I wasn't hungry, so I must have eaten right, or did I???
    I had no hunger to mark which direction I was in...
    Turns out I had not eaten breakfast and did not miss it.

      If you have decaf...Taster's Choice decaf kicks arse!! I had some, and it tastes as good as regular coffee. It's one of the only ones I can say that about...I'm a coffee snob

        Im drinking Starbuck decaf right now... pretty decent coffee. The trick with decaf is to make sure that it's water decaffinated and not chemically done.

            Okay guys. This will be my last post until next week sometime. I am starting my vacation officially here in a couple of hours and will not have computer access over the weekend. I will try to check in some during the week next week though. But I won't be harassing you nearly as much as while I'm at work
            I hope everyone has a great weekend and loses some pounds and inches along the way!!!!

              Hey Sarah, girl have a great time up north, hope you have some of those safety nets inplace for your success. Get some rest, enjoy your time away and hopefully you will come back refreshed!
