    Good morning STACers...
    Well today many of the remaining kids start school across the nation!
    I was wondering if Luna starts today, Dragonflymoon?
    It's gonna be a great week, we are all gaining strength in our exercise, no telling what Paul will do today, since He is really ramping up exercise. Beeparis is going shopping for her little college fridge. Sarah is on vacation, our newbies will be checking in, and it's all humming along!

    Remember drink your water, do your exercise and eat legal, work it hard, and it will work for you!

    Checking in. Should be a good day. Did really well with water over the weekend. Lots of exercise. Deep sleep last night. It's kinda scary when you think how hard I sleep now. Two or three blinks and I'm out. I don't remember rolling over or looking at the clock.. or hubby getting out the bed. most morning I remember him kissing me goodbye. When my alarm goes off I rarely hit the snooze these days. Feels really good.

      I didn't get enough water this weekend. For some reason unless I have my big marked glass with me I don't dring enough. Maybe I am and don't realize it. I forgot to bring it home with me. I fill it about 3 times a day and get it down before head home.

      As far as my sleeping. It was okay. I am house sitting / dog sitting for my parents while I wait for them to get back from Las Vegas and San Diego with my brother who is a few days from USMC graduation.
      Mouse? I don't need no stinkin mouse!

        I know I pass out cold, which is pissing my wife off since I don't hear the kids if they get up . I was down 4 pounds since Friday when I weighed myself this morning, so 29 total. The number looks good, but I still just feel really, really fat. Ah well. Did my treadmill this morning and I'll try to get my SI6 in tonight. I love short weeks!

          Ok Paul, what is the S16? and I am so impressed. Don't worry about how you feel, we are fat! I think since we are so zero'd in, we have longer days...It's only been how long for you, LESS THAN A MONTH and you are DOWN almost 30 lbs...DUDE!!!!
          Rachel, I am sleeping just like you are, but I am out by 10:15...and up with the first alarm.
          Korelis, make your focus this week on setting water objectives and hitting it...I have sticky notes around because getting my kiddo to take her vitamin daily is an objective...I have stickies in the kitchen and bathroom...hitting that goal all week long, will create a strong association with it, and soon you will have a habit. Even tho we are doing food, water and exercise, it takes a while to really create routine with each of these things, and tho you do them each day, zeroing in, and finding effective ways to create that association, is key...we can't get habits in all areas at once...
          You can nail this, you really can...

            It's great to read everyone's successes and energy this morning. I'm already working on my water and will be getting my exercise in shortly.

              Morning All- Day 6 of induction and I'm getting lots of exercise (walking 45 minutes 2x daily). I'm drinking water like crazy....and going to the restroom lots! I figure if my urine is not clear...I'm not drinking enough, lol. I can tell the difference each morning I wake up..I feel a little lighter. I don't want to weigh yet because I do not want to be discouraged. Coming to this forum is all I need to keep me going. I'm taking it one day at a time. I prepared polish sausage and fried cabbabe for lunch. I made it this morning before work! Breakfast was sausage and boiled eggs. Not my favorite (the boiled eggs) but they are easy to eat inside my car on my way to work. I've been eating sugarfree jello too. Is this okay?? I've only had 2 cups in one week. Oh well, let me do some work now. Have an awesome day everyone!!!!

                I was thinking of the Sticky notes. I forget about the vitamine a lot as well. I need to stop doing that. On the water thing. That is something to work on. I think I will go to wal mart and pick me up a few of these cups that have how much water is in there.

                  SI6 is the Slim in 6 series.... basically legal torture on video It is a painful but thorough workout.

                    Paul, on feeling fat.. all I can say is NOW YOU KNOW HOW WOMEN FEEL! LOL

                    Seriously, some days I feel lighter and some days I feel the same as when I started. It's mind games. Self sabatage. Keep focus on the future.. you ARE achieving those goals.

                      Hey guys ~ i am just popping in really quick to check in because i won't be on the board until later. Luna has an earache - i've been up with her all night long. She has been throwing up all night and has a fever. We go to the doctor at 11:30... no school today.

                      So i am like the walking dead... i was very tempted to cheat just out of pure hunger, exhaustion & desperation, but i thought of my STAC friends and stopped myself (i wouldn't want to have to answer to anyone today!). As a result, i was rewarded by being back down to 230... i've been fluctuating up and down for the past week (as high as 4 pounds over my mini goal) and have been very bummed out about it. I only saw my goal weight that one day... until today. So that is good. Must be water weight since i am down 4 pounds since before the weekend...

                        Korelis, good idea to get the cups that mark the water for you...and pick up some stickie notes while you are at it...Gotta GO AFTER these things, and NAIL THEM DOWN!!!!
                        No mercy, nail that water!!! You should see me folllowing my kiddo, with vitamins in HAND, and a bottle of water...she is not liking the water...I am gonna stick her with stickies....

                          Korelis, you know that the water transports the burned up fat out of your body...there are only two ways out and both of them are via waste product, that's why you can get keto sticks to see it registar in your urine....every trip to the toitie, is leaving fat behind!

                            Never thought of it that way LOL. I typically drink at work. Just because its good. I don't mind the water so much. I guess I just enjoy drinking it now. I refuse to drink tea now. I don't think even if I wanted to (and could) drink a coke.

                              Hey Jenna, Your poor baby, it's so rough when they are sick. I hope her ears clear up. I am sorry she is missing school today. Girl, keep your BUTT away from a cheat. You have come so far, worked so hard, and you are my role model I look up to you...Stay away from a cheat...If you cheat, you will feel soooooo much worse than you do now...and you won't see that 130 for a while....You can do this....Don't give those numbers the POWER to destroy all you have worked for, hang in there, you are getting mentally tough and maturing under this pressure, and learning to be capable of standing in a storm or stall.
                              Listen, I am weighing every morning for a month, my numbers are bouncing around enough to drive me crazy, but I am just determined to learn to walk thru this sorta mental crap! When the chips are down, or the numbers are high, I am livin above it, you hear me...and this morning I about kicked the stupid scale out of impatience...but I am gonna learn to live above it...I feel my pants just swimming on me.....you just wore those size 16 jeans to the shower you had...You have been working out, hard moving towards your goal...KEEP MOVING, moving thru this, will allow you to move thru anything...it's our own discouragements or boredom or pressures that cause us to turn and eat...HOLD YOUR GROUND...
