What, are we all slacking today? Feeling good, my weight was fluctuating right around where it was yesterday. I need to use Fitday more often and keep better track of my fat percentages though.

I was having a problem with not getting enough fat in too. I upped the fat yesterday and saw a loss this morning
whoo hoo!
Already had my breakfast, with fat added. Down 4 glasses of water. Trudging along nicely. Have lunch planned, supper planned.. should be a great day!

Good morning all... it does seem a little quiet today... i am doing okay ~ getting ready to take Luna for her second round of shots! Yuck! Then it will be overwith... poor kid. If she's feeling better i'll take her to start school on Friday, i think.
Not much new here... i am so close to breaking out of the 230s and i can't even wait. I started using Fitday to track my calories & percentages and although it is time consuming and annoying, i think it will be a great tool for me. So i'll give this a try for a few weeks and see how i do. I'll keep you posted...

Hey all, sorry I left the house at 6am, took the Mom in for day surgery and after 6 hours of waiting for 3 docs to confer on an anitbiotic, Mom said, "enough reschedule this" we are home, she is exhasted and hungry, I am really only now getting hungry, they tried to give me vouchers to the cafeteria...I refused, happily...

Hi Gals, good to hear everyone is doing ok today. Well today is back to square one for me... I had a little mishap...I am dork... so can I get a 1 day cheat free button yet???
I woke up early this morning and made breakfast and lunch... tuna with broccoli and cauliflower for lunch ( 2 cups)
0 - Diet Soda and working on 2nd liter of water today...
Poor Luna shots - Yuk!

Evening all. I know I am a little late. I can explain. Work has been keeping me going. I drank lots of water today. Not enough though. I had my 64oz but I am trying to get 128oz. Forgot the vitamin today too. Tommrrow is another day. See you all bright and early Thursday.Mouse? I don't need no stinkin mouse!
