Hello everyone, it's been a long time since i've posted on this site so most of you probably don't remember me. A couple years ago i was on atkins and went from around 168 lbs to 130 lbs fairly quickly...but then a lot of stressful things happened in my life including the loss of my mother among other things and i went "off the wagon" big time. To make a long story short i now carry 190 lbs, (i've been up to 195...eeek) on my 5'2" frame. I've been through a lot the past couple of years and i've really used food as a crutch, but i'm ready to change my bad eating habbits for good and get rid of this weight. I feel so old and tired lol i'm only 24...i need to get back into shape. I am going to get started tomorrow...i get paid tomorrow so i am going to throw away everything in my kitchen and stock up on healthy, low carb food. I am going to start induction...my only issue with that is i am majorly addicted to caffeine so i dont know if i'll be able to part with it completly at this point...but i will definately cut down and try to gradually cut it out. I'll come on here and weight in weekly on thursdays since i am starting tomorrow on thursday! wish me luck
