    Good morning STACers
    It's Thurs. morning. Welcome to Anna and Jane...
    La-La, here it is girl, you could have started it...First one up and on should start the threat, it's a big boost to do it. I am on the east coast and up at 5 so, sometimes I start it. After Paul gets up those 32 flights of stairs...He often starts it.
    Woke up very tired, 1.5 pounds down, but I am influx, up and down right now...who knows why...
    I just rode my bike at a smooth pace and instead of intensity I went for distance and did 12 miles...I will be working hard to replace the water I just lost...I am soaked.

        Hey Guys! I didn't know if I could of started it...didn't know the rules... I don't want to get beat up ( joking )

        I am doing well, took a few hits of the 'snooze' button before I actually got up...

        I was going to the gym after work from about 9pm-10pm, but by the time I got home it was 11pm and my kiddo wanted to stay away until mommy got home so we could read together....so I quit going to the gym...

        An alternative i found - there is a new recreation center open by my house has a inside walking track and a huge new gym... and it's $35 a month figure I can go drop off Chris at school 8am, then go to the rec center and walk/work out while he's in school I pick him up at 11am... maybe I can get my mom or sister to go with me to the gym so I don't have to work out alone... I will go sign up tomorrow ....

        Breakfast will be eggs and bacon I think ... in a few minutes...

        How's everyone else doing?

          La-La my hat's OFF TO YA! Way to go, finding an alternative method and making it work. Close to home, easier hour on the whole family system and YOU get the benefits of the work out and the feeling of being so proactive!
          This kinda news makes my day. Something big happens when we begin rearranging our lives to make things happen. Sitting on the couch, eating and wishing, and wishing and wishing will NEVER HOLD A CANDLE TO getting up and making it happen...Thats setting yourself up for success. I read alot of posts and i think to myself, " I wonder if they are setting this up so they actually succede?" Our actions take us somewhere! Each time. YOU GO GIRL, YOU are headed in a postive direction. I look forward to you posting you have joined!!

            Busy day at work. Coffee down, starting water. Need to find something soon for breakfast. It's 9 am and my stomach growled LOL THATs a funny feeling.

            I'm thinking berries and cream... hmm.. or that chocolate brownie I had yesterday... I'll need another cup of coffee though!

              Profitweb, I just read another post of yours. You really are motivated and organized mentally. I like reading your thoughts and feelings. Exercise is your big thing I gather. I like it too, but I am on a slow journey to build a level of fitness that does not wipe me out. Of course, I am often going for land speed records of my own...
              But I just wanted to compliment you and your fine posts that add to the STAC site and other places.

                  Way to go Jess with the exercise! 12 miles is awesome! You are motivating me to start exercising again... (this has been a tough week and i've used that as an excuse.) No more excuses...

                  And way to go to La-La too!!! The rec center sounds like a great idea!

                  Today is a good day ~ i actually got some sleep & Luna is feeling better. Lots to do today to get ready for Luna's first day of school tomorrow!!!

                  Goal for today: get back on track with exercise. I've been maintaining this week at 230.5, started using Fitday to watch my percentages & calories, and now it is time to add exercise back into the mix. Maybe then i'll finally see the 220s... i'm so sick of being where i am.

                  In happy news ~ went to "Fatty Bryant" (my nickname for Lane Bryant) yesterday and totally fit into their size 16 jeans! Just pushed that tummy up though, so i didn't get them, because that just isn't attractive ~ the "second stomach" ~ YUCK! But i got them on... which means i am close... funny how different brands fit you differently. I can wear Fatty Bryant size 16 chinos fine, but i am still in their size 18 jeans... anyway, i am rambling...

                    I heard some one around here call it a " Muffin top" so much more appropriate

                      "Muffin top" ~ LOL. That fits. That is so gross... just thinking about how nasty my "muffin top" is. Please, let it be gone soon...

                        muffin top!? hahahahahaha

                        No muffin top, but I do have a pair of pants I call my grocery shopping pants. They are too tight to sit down, but you can stand in them and grocery shop without a problem.

                        Muffin top LOL I hated the kids in low rise, but I actually have a pair and love the way they fit. My gut is thicker and its hard to find pants to go around the gut and still fit well in the legs. They think because you have a large gut you MUST have large legs. NOT so!

                          Ok,I have a muffin top!
                          Jenna, girl get your butt on that exercise...you are the exercise queen dynamo! Make it happen, you will feel soooo much better. Endorphine high's are worth all the sweat and ache....you will feel on top of the world!!!
                          I am very tired from exercising yesterday and today. My DH is going to help me reconfigure our downstairs garage area and make it more workable to make the total gym useful. He is intrigued with me asking for help there...He is also very thankful I am not asking for a new exercise gaget or equipemtn....we already have such a wide selection and i have been dutifully using it all the time...

                              Lag day for me... feeling really blue for some reason. Scale hasn't moved in a couple days. Ah well.
