Today marks the end of my fourth week of being back on the wagon, and I'm down exactly nine pounds.
To someone who might be trying this WOE for the first time, that might not sound like much -- but, I'm very satisfied.
All of us here in STAC know that the second (or whatever!) time around, we just don't lose at the same rate as we did the first time. On top of that, I chose to not do two weeks of induction, and then work my way back up the rungs. I did a three day induction, and then hopped right back up to "berries and melons." I really felt that if I were going to stick with it, I wanted the variety of that level pretty quickly.
Personally, I think it's paying off. I have a WOE that I can live with, with NO trouble, and I'm losing -- slowly, but losing!
