  • Cheese- brie

This morning I cooked myself 2 eggs with butter, some sliced yellow peppers, seasonings.. tomatoe wedges.. and topped it with brie cheese.

Ohoo my! I had forgotten how good that is. I am no dreaming of tomatoes slices with brie dabs on them heated in the toaster oven.. maybe a few slicies of turkey breast on there too!?

Are you hungry yet? I use to have this on wasa crackers.. MMMMM

I just love brie. TGIFriday's used to make Baked Brie way back in the day... when i was in high school. They put slivered almonds on top... delicious!

Well, thanks a lot, Heidi. Here I am sitting at my desk, at work, drooling like an idiot, after reading that!

It just so happens that I bought a big hunk of brie on the way home, last night. Guess what I'm going to do with it?!!

La_la, if you've never had brie, it's time to find out what you've been missing!

I agree! It's a creamy cheese.... and soo good. I had it first at a wedding.. we called it cheese pie for the longest.. but it was so good! It was actually baked in a pie crust.. since then I have loved it.
