I finally made it back to Atkins'. (new on ADBB)

Hi everyone. I introduced myself in Spotlight forum and have met a few of you. I can't begin to say how lucky I feel to have come across ADBB and now STAC, my new Internet home with you all who understand this journey so well. We are not alone after all. Thanks! Babs.

PS Okay, I'm high too from losing 8.5 pounds so far, all with your help.

Thanks for the water Korelis, . It reminded me I needed to drink 2 more bottles of it.

Jess, 41 cheat free days is fantastic. Congratulations. Thanks, I'll look for the roll call thread because I know what will if I don't stay connected and accountable.

Congratulations on the 8.5 pound loss. Make sure you take your measurements also, as that is a great motivator as you shed pounds to see the inches decreasing. I totally agree with you that the support here in the ADBB helps to know you are not fighting this battle alone. Keep it clean and do it the way that Dr. Atkins recommends and you'll continue to see great results~!

Babs, sounds like you are having a great week...Big loss up front is so motivating! The longer you go, the better you feel, the stronger you are, and that's motivating too...and just to be off the merry-go-round that is so terrible in my life, is the biggest motivator of all...I am so thankful, grateful, blessed and at peace.
Good luck today and all it's challenges.
