I posted this in the induction forum...please don't feel the need to post in both unless you want too.

Okay...here I am restarting Induction. Again! I started in Aug 05 and went until April 06 with no known cheats and lost 60 pounds...then between head games with myself and getting lax with keeping track of everything I had incrediable cravings and I gave into them and have since regained 36 of those pounds. YIKES!! My headaches are back...my feet are killing me....my Fibromyalsia is back..as is my hip pain. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

So back to the board I come...because I know that posting here is one of the things that really helped me before. As did drinking a minimum of 12 cups of water a day. And using fitday.

So, I am looking for a buddy or 3 or 6 or more (the more the merrier). You don't have to have started today...just be looking for support yourself and be willing to give it to others. I would like some people who are interested in posting daily or so. Anyone care to join me?????

Hey Shannon..thanks for posting! Well..I know it can be done as I did it before. I just need to not get so comfortable once I get down lower. Keep on top of it. It was a learning experience for sure.

Weigh to go on 40 days cheat free!! Good to hear there are regulars here!

My plans for the next few days is to get past the hunger. Hopefully it gets better. Pretty hungry today despite it only being 3:30 here and I have already drank 10 cups of water, had a 2 egg cheese and vegie omelet, a salad and 2 hamburger patties with cheese, a cheese stick and 4 oz pork steak. The craving are bad even though I know it is all in my head because with all that food how on earth could I be really hungry!

Korelis..get attitude. How kewl is that that you and wife are doing this together...talk about having great support!!

Okay...off this again..what a pain to share with the kids...LOL!

I am here regularly since starting this WOL again. I, too, will be more than happy to be your "buddy" here. I am near completing week 2/induction and I'm feeling good and very determined. Lets continue check in with one another and give support where needed.

                        Welcome Stacked!!
Yes lets do that. Look at you 5 pounds down already! BTW...I noticed on another post your stats. I am 5' and Aug 05 weighed in at 237. Also...know what that out of control feeling is like. For me it spreads over other stuff besides eating. Like the house. Almost as scary as the weight...but I am working on that now too.

                        How is everyone doing?

HEY ELSIE150 I'M IN ALSO. I'VE BEEN HERE SINCE JULY THE 24TH AND I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT SUPPORT AND REALLY HELPFUL INFORMATION. I CAN REALLY RELATE TO YOUR PAIN ISSUES BECAUSE I HAVE THEM ALOT. I JUST GOT THIS PAIN IN MY RIGHT SIDE ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND IT ONLY GOES AWAY WHEN I'M MOVING AROUND A LOT. MY LEFT FOOT IS BOTHERING ME TOO. ALL I CAN DO IS LET MY PAIN AND MY BOARD BUDDIES BE MY MOTIVATORS ON THIS WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY. SO WE CAN HELP EACH OTHER.

                            Re: looking for buddies

Good Morning! Well I made it past day 2. Getting into the swing of things. The thing I am doing different this time is I am not obsessing about balancing everything out. Last time I made sure that during induction I balanced out my ratios and kept the calories up and used fitday. This time...during induction at least...I am not worrying about it. Just eating off the list and keeping the hunger at bay. My main reason for this is when I fell off Atkins last time I lost control not only with the eating but in my life too. So my house is in shambles and I am just as dedicated right now to getting it into shape as well as myself and I am slowly going through each room (modified flylady style) and as it is getting back into shape..who am I kidding.... better shape than ever...I am feeling more in control. So..for me..it is all interconnected.

                            So how is everyone doing?

Thinner08...the pain only goes away if you move?? Talk about promoting exercise. Maybe a pinched nerve? Chiropractor??

Oh yes, my house is getting detoxed too LOL Hubby looked at me strange when I reorganized the bathroom cabinet and all the kitchen cabinets and the top of the icebox! Some days I cannot do enough,.. other days I'm okay. If this is what normal weight people experience on a daily basis.. I have really cheated myself out of a good quality of life!
