    That must have been very hard to see. A couple years ago we were in line with one of the fires that British Columbia had and it came to about 100 feet of the front door. They didn't evacuate us but we had night patrols happening and I had a sign posted on the door saying how many of us were inside just in case. Very tramatic. And then last year we drove through another part of the province that had been burned really bad and it was devastating just driving through it and seeing all the burnt stuff.

      Total devestation. That's the same thing that is here. I would have freaked! A neighbor's trailer looked like it was picked up, crumpled and thrown in the ditch. You could see where they painted the X on the outside after they checked for people in the mess. Most of the neighborhod evacuated, some stayed and said never again! They counted over 300 tornadoes on the radar. I would have not wanted to stay. I have many trees in my yard. Lost 2. None fell on the house. But the shingles and felt peeled off and the water poured in. We lost everything. Mold is everywhere.. I'm just so tired of looking at it. I want it gone. I know I'll have to leave the day they tear it down. We've lived there for 15 years. But all my family is safe. We are together. That's what matters. By next year I hope to look back on this and see how far I have come
