    Well I guess I am closing this out for the night. I had a good day at work today except I still didn't get my desk drawers cleaned out. Who knows what's in there by now? Hopefully my lost company credit card is! Accounting is really not very happy with me right now...
    I wanted SO BADLY to go to McDonald's. Now I know why that happens in the late afternoon. It's because I eat lunch around 11:30-12:30 then I don't get off work until 5:30. So around 4:30 if I haven't had a snack I start daydreaming about greasy fast food french fries and hamburgers or battered chicken strips. So now it is getting easier and easier to talk myself down off that particular ledge.
    I guess this is where we put our goals, huh? Let's see...
    My goal for this week is to not buy any more frankenfoods - shakes, bars, sf candy...none of it.
    Secondly, to keep track of my water and to make sure I get that afternoon snack!

      Hi all. Nice to meet everyone who is new or just coming back. I can't wait to get to know you all better. Sounds like everyone is doing great!

      Jess, I'm so happy about your daughter, and you feeling good in your clothes yesterday at church. I can't wait for that.

      Korelis, I can't wait to hear what you and Tammy choose for your workouts.

      I read up to Chapter 14 yesterday. Then I looked at recipes here. And, yep, I drank all my water. LOL Well, see you all tomorrow.

        Hey Babs, glad you are trekking along with the book, and getting acclimated...
        How was your exercise? Getting that water in is challenging, and yet so rewarding!
