  • Good Day Tuesday!

    It is Tuesday everyone!

You have 3 days left until the weekend. I am running a little late this morning our I would post a big story up on this post. However, to cut it short I made this up.

Work at your WOL as if you where the little train that thought he could. When the going gets tough and it will just keep on chugging. When you reach the end not only will you feel good but you will look good!
Mouse? I don't need no stinkin mouse!

Korelis Dude, I knew you would post before I got back from riding the bike...You are such an encourager...I like how you meet each day so positively and chug along. Hey we are looking for a report on that exercise you two are working toward starting....Come on, just a walk around the apt. tonight will qualify...it's sooo good for you and you feel so accomplished...Glad to hear about all your success in getting that water nailed down...

Hey I am getting better every minute I am up. Wrestled with my back last night, and early this morning, but have really improved since 5am..
    Have a great day everyone...

      Re: Good Day Tuesday!

It's a good day so far. Mowed the grass yesterday so now it can rain all it wants! Soaked in the tub. MMM. Got in bed by 10, awake at 4:30. Hopefully this energy will stay with me. I bought a new pilates dvd and hoping to get it done today.

Hopefully my appetite will increase. I'm soo lacking in everything. I had a wrap from Subway and that helped boost my food intake some. I've been like this for the past 4 days. Food just doesn't appeal to me. Crazy!

I am kinda there too, food is just not appealing to me...I am just going thru the motions right now...I almost did not eat dinner, but decided not to put myself in jepordy of a hunger attack later...I use to get up at 1am every night and eat two bowls of cereal, and I cannot believe I just admitted that here. I am sleeping so hard, I never wake up, but going to bed on a empty stomach would not be wise...At 1 in the morning, one is not logical...at 5am I am not logical either, thank goodness I am never hungry til 9am.

Raining here today too...well, getting ready too. My office is cold as ice, for some reason that makes me not want to eat or drink anything! Same as yesterday...I gotta get up and get some water to sip on though...

              Re: Good Day Tuesday!

Last time I was doing this I really struggled with the no appetite thing. I ended up looking for more calorie dense foods to keep my ratios and calories up. I always tried to eat at what 'they' recommended for my height and weight. (can't remember the right words to call it...too early here.)

                Re: Good Day Tuesday!

Morning, all! I am so cold this morning and i LOVE IT! It is such weird weather here though... cold in the morning and then hot by afternoon. I think it is going to be in the 80s again today. But it looks like rain is coming later this week, and i am looking forward to a little rain! And to fall... seems like when back-to-school starts it should just be automatically fall, not still summer for nearly a month!

We finally planned our trip to PA to see our uncles after my aunt has passed away. I am sorry we missed the funeral but i think it will be good for us to go see them in October. We are having quite an adventure ~ taking the train from WA to Chicago, staying overnight in Chicago and i get to see my bestest friend from college, my Robbie, and then we are renting a car and driving from Chicago to PA. Will be a crazy trip! But i am looking forward to the train... i've never been before. And we are getting a sleeper car! Should be fun. I'd really like to be to my next mini goal, or close to it, by the time we go... which is the last week in October...

With lots of hard work & keeping focused, i think i can do it!!!

                    Re: Good Day Tuesday!

Hi Korelis, Good way to think about it today, The Little Engine That Could...I think I can...and chug chug chug that water.

Jess, Way to go on the bike, and I hope your back is ok today.

Rachel, I hope you find some new recipes that appeal to help you continue to eat to lose.

Blackdiamonds, Yep, don't flowers love that rain!

TammyJo, It seem to be raining everywhere but California. LOL But soon we will catch up with everyone, like in one day. LOL

Hi Elsie! I don't have an appetite either. At 2:00, DH went and heated some ribs for us. I'm full.

Dragonflymoon, I'm sorry to hear about your aunt. It will be so good for him to be able to visit with you then. I've never been on a train ride either, other than a day trip on Skunk Train in California. How cool to have a sleeper car!

pstansel, I'm slower than you with the check-in.

I was able to get 25 minutes in on the treadmill today. Shrimp was $2.99 lb, so we bought 2 buckets for $30.00 and saved $40.00 before they froze it. We brought it home and wrapped and froze it. So shrimp and salad with blue cheese dressing for dinner tonight. yum!
