  • Brie Soup

I made a Rachel version last night and it was good. I had too much broth and not enough brie. OH well.. live and learn. I doctored it up and it was really good. Perfect after a day of on and off drizzles. The rest of the family had lasagna. I'll try to get some more brie today and add to it. It really was good. I need to make that taco soup on Linda's web page.. maybe later in the week. I think we are in for a few days of rain.

Love Linda's site. Lots of great recipes there. Glad your soup turned out.
