Re: Do you have temptations at work?
People are always dropping little packets of crackers and cookies off on my desk for snacks. They're being friendly, and I don't have the proper language skills to explain that I can't eat them. And...I don't want to insult anyone. I just keep them in my desk, in case there's a giant earthquake or something. Japanese snacks aren't so tempting for me.
For me, the REAL temptation is the coffee machine that is rigth beside my desk. I'm one button push away from lovely iced coffee. Or hot coffee in the winter. Left to my own devices...I can have about 8 cups a day! sigh. *must resist*
