  • I've lost count...

    Yep...This is the umpteenth Re-Start.

So here I am and well everytime I start I am dedicated and want to reach
my goal....but....well I let the cravings get me and then I'm back at square one.

But I can't just give up. I am determined to make this happen.

I need to lose this weight because it is just too much already. I'm wasting
the whole year and doing nothing.

Well here's to the Re-start. I know I sound down and I am but I refuse to
    throw the towel in.

    I will be SLIM-IN-06

Thanks for hearing me out and I love this board. There are so many good
stories. Keep up the good work.

And you can do it! For me, findings triggers of why I failed the first time is really helping me this time around. Also, moving up the rungs is helping me to. Variety

Welcome to the board! I know you will enjoy it here. It's a great place for support.

Hey there Slim, glad you are here, we have all been here...time to get serious and focused today! Get that water going, get the food organized and take a walk or something to get the exercise going, and well you will begin to move towards ketosis...where you will burn your own fat, have a dimished appetite and hopefully move away from the cravings....

Welcome Slim in 06! Glad to have you here with us in STAC group. There are so many fantastic people here.

Although this is my second attempt on Atkins WOL, it for sure is not the second time on a weight loss plan.--I've tried so many different ways and lost a bunch too, but following Atkins' exactly by the book is the best for me and makes any
            other plan pale, for me.

By the way, you sound just like me, that you have wasted time. I know how you feel there.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life!
            ...only look ahead!

              Re: I've lost count...

Welcome Slim! I know how you feel. I started in Aug 05 and went til April 06 and lost 60 pounds and fell off the Atkins wagon and regained 33 pounds back. I just finally restarted Atkins on Sunday. If I had stuck to it I might have been at one of my goals...but no...now I have to redo stuff I already did! What a waste of my hard work and I can't blame anyone but me!! But I'm here, your here, we're all here so we will beat this in the end! Quitters never win and Winners never quit and you ain't no quitter!!!

Watch for a daily post where we all check in.
