  • Is zero carb bread really possible?

I keep seeing that ad for the Low Carb Superstore (look at top of page) and their "zero carb" bread. I'm just wondering if that's actually possible, and, if so, if anyone's tried it.

It just doesn't sound plausible to me.

I can only imagine how ghastly that would taste.

Yuck! I've tried a version of that stuff & it was awful. They're are better recipes that you can make at home. I just made a Taco Bake that required me to use cream cheese, chedder, & eggs for the "pie crust". It was fantastic. I'll be having it weekly. It reminded me of crunchy bread & I bet the crust could be made for sandwiches. Yum! Here's the recipe link (it's easier & faster than it looks):

          Chris here is the catch
          bread with zero digestible carbs
          .

I checked the website and the stuff they list as zero carb bread is really crackers and has 4 net carbs in the first one with soy and almonds as the flours. the next is from Norway and also had carbs but the last type is really cheese crackers.

of you want a tastes good very low carb bread make the revolution rolls with just eggs and cream cheese.
they have low carb bagels but they are wheat protein wheat bran and have 10 unaccounted for cals in each so I'd say they got 2.25 hidden carbs
