      Re: Good morning, It's Saturday!

I hit the hay early and the phone woke me up at 8:30! hahaha

I've surfed, had coffee and now I need to either do my pilates tape or go help hubby with the new wash shed. We are soo country LOL THe 10 x 10 shed was delivered yesterday and we used the tractor to pull it around back and put it in place. Now we have to move the washer/dryer, hot water heater and upright freezer into it and make the connections to the lines already run. Hopefully, the house will be gone soon and we can start working on getting our new house

LIGHT at the end of a year-long tunnel. Continue praying! God hears. Yall must be praying because I have such a calmness about all this. Normally, I am such a worry wart and nervous person.

You are in all our thoughts Rachel!!! Don't forget it!!!

First night I actually slept through the night since starting Atkins last week! Feel better for it. Slept until I heard DS crying because the cat was attached to his face....LOL!

Just puttering around today. DS's turn to be on the puter today so I will be keeping a low profile. Don't forget to keep drinking your water today!

        Be a great day!

Good morning everyone, Jess, hope your exercise went great!, Blackdiamonds, little dogs are so cute when they get back from the groomers. They feel so good. By the time I get here to post at night, everyone here's probably in bed, so it's too late to post to nobody. LOL

Rachel, That's fantastic news you are on the upswing side now. 10'x10' is a nice size shed. (we're so country too, LOL We love it!)

I have to share I completed my first goal, my14 Day Induction with a 13 pound loss. This smilie is an understatement of how I feel.

I have to pick apples today. We have so many this year, but for some reason, there's aren't pears, and that's what most want for trading fish to us.

Elsie, Cat attached to face. LOL LOL Not funny, but sounds hilarious. Glad you got a good night sleep.

See you all later and have a great day! Babs

            Re: Good morning, It's Saturday!

Thanks, Elsie. Gotta love critters. We had to bottle feed a litter of pups after the mamma hemorrhaged and had an emergent Csection. Four puppies, round the clock, every four hours. The kids complained (except for youngest) and now?? They love to tell the stories of those fat lil puppies and having to feed them. We are finally down to 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 hampter and 3 chickens! whew!

Babs! That is wonderful! Congrats. Reaching a goal is awesome! Revel in the feeling and plan the next one Jesse has some pretty motivating posts with planning goals.

I am doing great so far. We stopped at sonic and I grabbed a burger (ate it bunless, of course) everyone else had hot dogs from sonic. Those tater tots were calling my name. Instead, I whipped up a chocolate brownie and had a dollop of whipping cream and some raspberries. MMMM I"m pleasantly full. Big difference from the "stuffed" feeling I use to get when eating carbs. THIS is how you are supposed to feel. Not all bloated and horrible. Now I"m raring to go - my body has been fueled

Time to get the water down while the kiddo's paint the shed floor.

              Re: Good morning, It's Saturday!

MMM....sounds good Rachel. It was so hard not to eat those raspberries while I was picking them today. I put them in the freezer for later.

I'd love to feed some puppies!!! I raise parrots so sometimes I have had to feed babies every 2 hours around the clock. YIKES...didn't even do that with my own kids. Gets you real tired, real fast. Thankfully it doesn't happen too often.

              Great will power!

              Babs...happy apple picking!!

              Jess...good on the exercising!!

Blackdiamond...hope puppy likes its new hairdo.

                  Re: Good morning, It's Saturday!

Hey Paul, I know what's wrong!!!! Your body is tired, in just over a month you have dropped 34 lbs, your body is tired, you have worked it, drown it, took away all it's favorite foods, and now it can't hold on to it's precious fat any more...It's in transition and needs rest! So, it sends you to blahsville...
I deal with this often, we just need to rest our bodies, since we are doing so much too them...our eyes are on the future and we are motivated but this body we each has is use to a totally different game plan...
