  • It's a Tuesday... morning all

Morning everyone, happy Tuesday. Feeling not exactly spry, but better this morning. The weight continues to come off and I continue to drag myself out of bed to excercise. Yesterday afternoon was rough, I forgot to pack my afternoon snack and our cafeteria was out of anything I could eat. So I had to walk a mile or so to the drug store to get some nuts . Ah well, just more excercise.

Great way to look at it Paul! And you will be rewarded

It's cooler here this morning. Feels great! The dogs are frisky and I wish I didn't have to work.

I'm still plugging away at Fitday. It's getting easier. Just wish I could input information easier.. I"m out in my office and the food is in the house. Maybe the kids will help me walkie-talkie style later this evening. Amazing how the ratios change. I'm playing with possible menus for the day to get a heads up of how things can differ. I'm really hungry for some oven fried fish with almond flour. Gumbo sounds grand with the chill in the air. Who knows what the day will bring.

        Good Rainy Morning from BC!!

Still not sleeping great and tired in the mornings. Though last night I put a drop of lavender oil on my upper lip and I did go right to sleep...and when I woke up did it again and again went right back to sleep. Some of my body pain is starting to go away finally. Though I do not feel as pain free as the first time around.

Spent too much time on the phone and computer with my Mom yesterday so did not get my required hours into decluttering in before the kids came home from school. Will try to play catch up today but may have to go to town and that will put me even further behind. HHHMMMM......

Paul...way to go on walking a mile for some nuts. Now would be the time to get some nuts and some good quality slim jims to keep at work. Good on you for not caving in!

Rachel and Jess...fitday is great and it will get easier as you get used to it. I did do custom foods as a lot of times you have a standard dish...for instance your salad. The salad dressing I used. If I made a dish up like say, stuffed peppers. I would enter into custom foods. I also batch cooked things like that so that I only had to grab one and nuke. That helped me stay on plan better.

          Hi everyone ~

It is a fabulously rainy & gloomy day here... i am loving it! A real taste of autumn, which is just around the corner. Tonight my mom & i are going to see the play Chicago downtown, and i am really excited about that!

Luna seems to be feeling better today so i am off to bring her to school... then i'll do the Firm and work on some of my Christmas ornaments to sell at my friends' store this year. I need to really get hopping on them...

Jess, i'm glad your mom's procedure went well!!!

          Enjoy the day everyone...

Hi everyone Just Checking in here. I hope everyone is eating the Atkins way today. It's sunny and cool here. I'm not jumping on the scales for a while, but everything is fine as far as what's going in my mouth. Talk to you all later.

Happy Tuesday. All is well with me, too. Good job on walking the mile for the nuts. That is impressive. When it comes to skipping meals, I just can't take it. I have been known to fall off the wagon when the food isn't there. You are an inspiration.
