I'm so tired of not being able to stick to this.
I messed up yesterday because I was having a bad day and the scale had not moved at all.
I'm having a problem drinking so much water. I can't seem to drink it all.
Well the bottom line is I messed up my induction.
So now what? I will just pick up tomorrow and keep the carbs away.
Far, far, far away.
I have a question about calories? I was trying to keep an eye on them as I did the carb count.
Do calories matter? I mean I know one should not overeat. But should I be trying to eat between 1200-1400 a day?
I'm going to research this a bit but if anyone has any input it would be appreciated.
