Does anyone have a tanita scale or know anything about how accurate they are? I'm curious as to how valid the results from it are. Also, it suggests weighing in the evening to get the appropriate body fat % and I was wondering why that might be. Anyone have any idea? I know that my body fat last night was 4% lower than it was this morning, and that was true for my boyfriend too. Why might that be?
