    Back for Day 3

    Not so well today... everything was going great last night...made tuna salad, devlied eggs, taco meat and chicken spinach parmesan (had some of that for dinner- YUMMY!!!)... and then I started to feel bad and BOOM- panic attack at about 1:30 am... Now I feel horrible because I was up half the night!!!

    I have not had a bad panic attack like this in almost 9 months...has this happened to anyone else during Induction? Maybe it was just time for a doozie...not sure...

    Anyway, hope everyone is doing well!

    Today:

    B:
    1 Deviled Egg
    4 strips of bacon (nitrate fee)
    20 oz water... need to pick up the pace of the h20

      So, today is day 5...lots of challenges yesterday...DH brought home McDonalds fries for part of his lunch yesterday... for a fleeting moment I was tempted but I decided that I was worth more than a greasy fry! Ate my cheeseburger, sans bun, very proud of myself...

      So, food does not seem to be too much of a problem, but something else is... I need help here... my craving/weakness is WINE... I miss my glass or 2 in the evening... how did everyone get over that???? HELP!!!

      It took all I had not to have one while we were in the jacuzzi last night...

      That rung on OWL seems SOOOOO far away...

      Anything anyone can offer, I would really appreciate it!!! Experience with it, advice, etc...
