  • New mini-goal...

    I am setting a new mini-goal for myself of being under 300lbs by October 20th. This is the day I have scheduled to see my doctor and her scale doesn't go over 300lbs. I am posting it here in order to keep myself accountalbe.

    I will do this by continuing to drink btwn:80-128oz of water daily and doing an extended induction. I will exercise 3x's per week for btwn 30-45m. I will also continue bringing my food to work for supper, as this is a major deterent to just having, what everyone else is having for dinner. Please, over the next 20 days, feel free to call me on it.

    Weight: 309
    Chest: 55"
    Waist: 55"
    Hips: 59"
    Up. arm: 16"
    Up. thigh: 27"
