    Hello everyone!

    Today is tuesday. That means we are all one step closer to Friday! HOORAY!

    Today I have to teach a class on a subject that I know nothing about. Think I can do it? I sure hope so!

    I went to the bathroom like 9 million times last night (okay, 7) and guess what? I whooshed! I lost a pound and 1% body fat according to my scale. Yeeeehaw!

    How's everyone doing? Hanging in there?

    Question of the Day:

    What unusual dish/food/treat do you make yourself that you think other people might not have thought of?

    My answer: I sometimes mix some cream cheese with some eggs, throw some celery in there, and nuke it for a minute or so. Then I throw hot sauce on top. Buffalo omelette!

    Well Saturday was a crappy day. Bought safe foods at McDoanlds until I seen the carbns in salad dressing. I lost it, and just ate the bun on the burger. Then I said heck with the rest of the day. Sunday I was literally sick from sugar, and Monday got back to where I need to be. Im WAY up. 199.6. I guess I truy might realize one of these times, that I dont want to be sick anymore. We made an offer on a house last night, our closing, as long as this one is sold is December 13. Nice date lol. So we'll see how that goes. I started another Bible study last night. It was fun. Tonight I have a PTC meeting at 5. Never been to one before since mydaughter just started school, but my mom said it was neat when she went when I was young. Anyway, just wanted to check back in. Have a great day all!!

      So far so good. Two cups of water down, working on my cup of coffee. I'm planning out my foods for the day. Balance, balance ya know. Work is slow.. I did some housework. Counting down until hubby comes home for lunch. He hugged me goodbye this morning and said I felt thinner. He's so sweet. We shall see on Friday. Tonight is another dipper sticker - hopefull deeper into ketosis! I think I"m a tad obscessed.

        Rachel, girl we are ALL obsessed! That's certainly part of the problem for me. I know you are moving into ketosis. You are amazing, going after this and getting it settled again...I know these things weigh on us, mentally and trigger frustrations, and disappoint and that has led most of us to eating in the past..such a tricky little cycle, stop eating, get frustrated, and eat again, because you are not loosing fast enough..
        We are slowly leaving that mess behind. Keeping tabs on all of your food intake, and working with the ketosticks will help you get regulated..
        Caitlin is bouncing around, weight wise, yet her stick is light purple...I am a mess over her lack of weight loss, even tho her clothes are changing...So, in all actuality, her numbers are messing with me...and getting me down...how crazy...shows you want a mess I am on the other side of the coin....
        Sickness is in our house...Keith is in bed with diaherrrha (sp) and I ate a terrible concotion that has had me terrors all evening and diaherrha today too.
        Lovely time we are having.

          {{{Jess and family}}}} Hope everyone heals soon. Not fun. I don't remember when Caitlyn started Atkins.. but don't forget the stall after Induction. I never had it this time around.. my stall came later grrrr.

          I do hope ketosis kicks in soon... I have faith.. but the frustration IS getting to me. I find I'm not wanting to reach for food- that is good - but I have been snippy lately Need to journal more! or exercise.

            Hello all. Things are going well on my end. I haven't used sticks yet and I'm part of the no weigh challenge so I'm not going to have comments on my progress for a while. Last time, I became completely obsessed with the sticks so I'm trying to stay away from them this time.

              LOL, I have been obsessed with every measuring tool!!!!! Now I am obsessed with my daughter's lack of weight loss...Oh well, I just better move on, mentally...You know all the posts that are inspirational, are really little chats i am having with myself...
