Looks good to me! My percentages are never exact. I have a hard time getting in all my protein percentage.

no use more of the salad veggies so you get all the micronutrients you need but only have one cup of broccoli unless you have moved to OWL and then you get the 3 induction veggies cups plus 5 net more carbs of any veggies off either list.

since you don't have those foods listed by meals it is hard to tell who tyou ate it and did you have some of your veggies at every meal?

Btw if that was a screen shot of a fitday account there is an easier way to let people see your entries.

All you need to do once you log into your fitday account is to click on the 'home' tab and scroll right down to the bottom where there is a button called 'make my journal public'

click on that and you will be given a url (ending something like "owner=yourname" that you can copy and paste into your posts here or even your signature.

Then others can go and see the entries for foods and give you advice easily.

              hope this helps!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
