  • Starting Induction AGAIN

UGH! After weighing myself on a different scale, I found out yesterday that the scale I'd weighed myself on previously was off by quite a bit. So now I've made the big decision to go back on induction.

When I started in August, I did NOT do a clean induction--I was rusty with the ins and outs of the plan, and I just started it without lots of preparation. I ate some wrong vegetables, imitation crabmeat (I didn't look at the package until I ate it) and didn't give up caffiene until a week in, AND was eating atkins bars! I feel really stupid to have done all of these things, so I feel like I need to start over. I'm planning on doing induction again for at least a week, maybe for the full two.

Wish me luck! Or feel free to for being so ill-prepared on induction in August.

    I will keep ya posted...

ps...hehe so technically is this 3rd time around?

Yeah, no worries, you are just sharpening up things, cleaning up areas...I've been doing that this time around too...NO WORRIES, we are and will be tweeking things for the whole time, wait til we get to rungs, and pre maint. and maint...it's all tweeking, sharpening, working even harder...induction is really quite easy compared with the levels of work ahead...
