Hit the floor running this morning. Non stop all day! I cannot weigh first thing in the morning. Even after going potty. I dunno why. It just shows a much higher weight. After moving around a bit.. I decided to take the plunge.
Then I chickened out. I mean.. what if it showed no loss??? I felt terriffic.. why ruin it? (right Jess??)
Boss called. Meeting at work. MUST go in. Great. My only few pants were .. DIRTY. What to do? I was pleasantly surprised to find that all my OLD stuff is fitting. In fact.. most of it is very baggy.
Oh well.. was able to wear a shirt today that I have never worn. And wore some pants I have not been able to fit into for a few years now. Packrat?? LOL I felt thin and tall and proud! And strong!!
then I stepped on the scale.....
I had been bobbing between the same FIVE pounds for a month. Actually.. three pounds for 3 weeks and then it jumped to five pounds the last part for the month. WEll...
I'm on the low end of that bob!! While I didn't lose anything from the last numbers ... I am holding that lower number now and not bobbing all over.
Staying off the scale for a week was not as hard as I thought it would be. I'm sure next week I will start moving down the scale. But I won't know until the 22nd
I'm taking on the no weigh challenge. I"m also doing the video exercise challenge. Taking the focus off the scales and into life... and FEELING better.. that's more important.
Talk about as lot of changes from when I first started Atkins! I'm learning.. it's a process... I'm feeling so good!
