    Good morning STACers,
It's very early Sunday morning, and i am up and absorbing my Atkins time here, always putting this focal point first in the day, so I can "go from here"...for me, I have to get the biggest things in first, before the day rolls over me.
Coming here, and focusing on what I am doing, is so important,it centers me.
Then I exercise, and get that out of the way, pluse I drink 24 oz with that exercise. So by the time my family gets up, I am well into my lifestyle.

"LIFESTYLE NOT A DIET" is my mantra. Day 69...Lifestyle. The way I live day in day out...Up early, focus on my plan, exercise, drink water...then eat.
Every day it's the same. When I look out over my "dates" I want these activities still right here. Up early, focus on plan, exercise, water, eat.

Lifestyle is long term, diet is short. Diet is an intense time, and then back to the lifestyle. This is not a wagon to fall off of for me. It's not! There will be no ending, it's going to be a progressively changing way of life.

When school starts each year, "we go back" to a way of living, up early, down early...in the summers, "we go to another way" less structure, up later, sleep in later...Then school starts again, and we return to a lifestyle.
I want this LIFESTYLE, to be consistent all year round, up early, focus, exercise, water and then food.
The house is all asleep, I am not, because I need this time to get myself completely together. To look out over the day, and make sure these activities come first!
This is the core of my success, self discipline, vision, action! It won't all work out, if I just move out of bed at the last minute. It won't happen, if I fail to plan, I have to do these things on purpose. I am barely together, I am not to be trusted, structure is here to maintain success...

I am closing now, hope you enjoyed a peek at my pep-talk to myself. These are the very things I say to myself, they have power, and empower me. Accomplishing these things, well it' brings me confidence to go for it in life.
    This is my pep time!

      Lady,
You inspire me, with your refridgerator pictures..your inspiring too. I love the comment here on your siggy, "Attitude changes everything!" You are so right.
My attitude is LIFESTYLE, baby, LIFESTYLE...
WHOLE NEW WAY OF LIVING!!!! Aug 1, 2006 was my big line in the sand...this season of getting weight and eating in a new places sets up the second half of my life, which is turning 50 in march! I have so much I want to do with Kidz, and Church, and my own family....These last few years have been lived out in depression, and on the couch, mentally, because I have not been on the couch, but only to recover from my life. I have been drugged by foods and beers...I have come out of that haze, and have a great many opportunities to participate in every single day!
      Thanks for your kind words.

Good Morning All! Jess, inspiring, as usual, Morning Lady and Babs. Well, I haven't got the withdraw symptoms yet from the weigh challenge. I'm now overly excited to get to the end of the 2 weeks so I can see how much progress I have made. I hope everyone has a great week. I am working 13 days straight, and will post at the opportunities I get. So, If you guys don't hear from me....I haven't fallen......maybe fallen asleep at the computer, but that's all. G'bye all, me and my tape measure are going to have a conversation!

Okay, I didn't get to weigh today so I'm doing it first thing in the morning and putting the scale aside. I'm also going to get hubby to measure me tonight. I want to see a change in 2 weeks! I won't remeasure until then too. I'm totally pumped! Gonna be a rip roaring 2 weeks. Weeeeee!

              Busy weekend.. living life!

Jess and Rachel, Good idea to measure now. At first, it was hard to think I would not be weighing a million times a day; now I'm relieved.

HoosiorMommy, Wow, 13 days in a row... hope you get 4 days off after all that.
