Good morning STACers,
It's very early Sunday morning, and i am up and absorbing my Atkins time here, always putting this focal point first in the day, so I can "go from here"...for me, I have to get the biggest things in first, before the day rolls over me.
Coming here, and focusing on what I am doing, is so important,it centers me.
Then I exercise, and get that out of the way, pluse I drink 24 oz with that exercise. So by the time my family gets up, I am well into my lifestyle.
"LIFESTYLE NOT A DIET" is my mantra. Day 69...Lifestyle. The way I live day in day out...Up early, focus on my plan, exercise, drink water...then eat.
Every day it's the same. When I look out over my "dates" I want these activities still right here. Up early, focus on plan, exercise, water, eat.
Lifestyle is long term, diet is short. Diet is an intense time, and then back to the lifestyle. This is not a wagon to fall off of for me. It's not! There will be no ending, it's going to be a progressively changing way of life.
When school starts each year, "we go back" to a way of living, up early, down early...in the summers, "we go to another way" less structure, up later, sleep in later...Then school starts again, and we return to a lifestyle.
I want this LIFESTYLE, to be consistent all year round, up early, focus, exercise, water and then food.
The house is all asleep, I am not, because I need this time to get myself completely together. To look out over the day, and make sure these activities come first!
This is the core of my success, self discipline, vision, action! It won't all work out, if I just move out of bed at the last minute. It won't happen, if I fail to plan, I have to do these things on purpose. I am barely together, I am not to be trusted, structure is here to maintain success...
I am closing now, hope you enjoyed a peek at my pep-talk to myself. These are the very things I say to myself, they have power, and empower me. Accomplishing these things, well it' brings me confidence to go for it in life.
This is my pep time!
