Re: sausage
Yes! Eat it freely! Just watch out for the pre-packaged sausage links. They have carbs in them.. Always check the carb count on the packages!. Fresh sausage is A-Ok!Jamie

Re: sausage
For anyone in UK do make sure you read the labels of any British bangers! Most are made with breadcrumbs as a filler and are fairly 'carby'Originally posted by msbombayHello i have been eating sausage can you eat this on inductions?
Better in UK to choose German-style sausages like bratwurst which are mainly meat plus a little spices.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: sausage
Oh, yes, that's right. I've seen it made with bread. And this reminds me to also watch for fruits in sausage. In our natural foods store where we shop, a main seller is sausage with APPLE or other fruits in it, and and lots of it. It was popular because the label said, "natural."Originally posted by ElizellenFor anyone in UK do make sure you read the labels of any British bangers!
