    Hey, It's Wed. I am doing good. I little tired from riding my bike so far yesterday, but it was such a nice day, we couldn't leave it alone!
    We are working on pushing the last few bites back! Leaving a little on the plate! For a teenager, this is an "unthinkable thought"...yet she wants to learn to stop! So there are little tiny piles of food being left behind!!! "Clean plate Club" President, my husband is freaking out....such is the drama of my daily life...He actually is so thin, and pushes back half his food all the time, and wraps it up for later...We want to be like him. Hey anyone want the last 2 bites of a pork chop, I haven't thrown them away?

    I am here and its wednesday. Yes I have been gone for a while (kind of a test thing really). But I am here. I am alive and that is what is good about today.

      Jess, I will take them...I am HUNGRY!!! If you don't want to pay to ship it to South Florida...you could take it to my parents..they live close to you!!! LOL

      I am having an ok morning...bad night of sleep and lots of cleaning to do today after work They are taking pics of the house tomorrow to put it on the market! I cannot wait until we move and I can get back to my regular workout schedule

        Checking in. I'm enjoying this week of exercising when time allows.. next week work will be hectic and I doubt I will get time in my day to browse the boards and exercise. ugh! OH well.. such is life.

        Today is good so far. Played Pokeno with friends last night. I got there late and wasn't hungry - they had legal foods but I just was not hungry That was a good feeling.

        This two week no weigh is worse than waiting on Christmas hahaha. Hurry!
        Hubby still has not measured me and I think I'll just go by my last measurements, which aren't too far back. Anthing to gauge success!

          Hey Jess, Sure, I will take the pork chops. hee hee That's so neat you're leaving food on your plate. We do that now too. My husband and I call that "waste or waist." Do we want to waste it, or waist it. I love making crock pot soups or stir fry with left over pork or beef.

          Hey Rachel, You're right! It is like Christmas! haha I walk passed my scales as if it were a present that I am about to open. They are in my kitchen since that's the only short carpet they will work on, and my old dog uses them for a food bowl riser.

          I'm tired today, but feel better than yesterday. Last week has finally caught up with me. I was on the blue side yesterday thinking about old memories because I am going to write someting for my aunts online newpaper guestbook. I want to get it right, make it as long as the paper allows, and not leave anything out. When I write, the process is either nothing at all, or a flood gate opens up. My cousin and his wife deliberatly left me and others out of the obituary. I hardly think that's time to be mean and vindictive--at the expense of the loved one's time for memories of her life. I have to consider the source on this one. I didn't run to the refrigerator for food, in fact, I only ate two meals yesterday, and I didn't even think of food. I'm in a place where it's almost hard to eat. I am still cheat free too!

            Morning STACers! Glad to see you are all doing well today. I'm still hanging in there. In an hour I will be successful on the first 24 hours of my "re-induction." That is a success. I also resisted temptation this morning - yay! I was running behind (3 year old son is having his first field trip w/pre-school and it has me a bit emotional. I cannot go on the trip because I have to work) - and didn't have my breakfast ready. It would have been so easy to eat his frozen waffles or pick-up some carb laden food, but I did not do this. I did stop out, but I ordered scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties. Whew! Crisis resisted.

            I'm not quite back to the exercise yet. Taken it a day at a time as Rachel suggested. (Unless you count all of the crazy mommy duties, grocery shopping, cleaning, etc. - those tasks never seem to end).

              Morning everyone!

              I actually left some of a rib eye steak the other day. I think my boyfriend thought I had a stomach virus or something, he looked at me so strangely! But, hey, if I'm not hungry, I'm not hungry right? :P

              Today is a good day, although TOM came. But, amazingly, I'm not completely unfunctional. I was last night, and wondering what was wrong with me, but then everything became, um, clear. :P But, i'm feeling great, if a bit poooofy, but I know that'll go away.

                  OI, this is day 4 of induction(again) for me and the lovely headache has kicked in...but in a way I guess that's good, doesn't that mean my body is now signalling it's used up all the stored carbs or something..and it's begging for more...drinking tons of water and I've gone from 265 to 257 since sunday..and it's holding...yay....although today the kids would say I've entered into big grouch zone....I'm snappy and my patience is zilch...I seem to get this way in the beginning of any diet...

                    Carbkicker... your body is kicking carbs and you are detoxing, hang in there, drink water, rest when you can, take tylenol or advil, for the induction flu and soon it will be gone, and then all sorts of good feelings will start kicking in...YOU are kickin carbs in the BUTT.
                    Sarah... 24 hours down, day 2 about to starts, sounds like you are making girl.

                          Yeah, I am glad you two check in with us, we have missed you and your posts...I mean we were excited you paid off a credit card, and got a new car, just like richards...and it's really good you guys are ok and are looking gooooood to boot! We have some newbies, and they are great and doing well...hope to see you guys more often on the boards...

                            Ya know.. our grass has slowed down a lot too - lack of rain! Hopefully fall will kick in and I won't have to mow it for a while.

                            Today is going strong. I had meatballs with pizza sauce and mozz cheese on them for lunch. Was okay. I'm not hungry... counting down the clock until 3 so I can exercise - THAT'S a first!!

                              You are like having an epithany...I never got to the grass to mow it yet...Cooking some chicken with taco seasoning and will cut it into cubes for Caitlin to much on...I hope it's goood....
                              I mean, Rachel, you are so fired up, I think you are releasing endorphines BEFORE you exercise...I went down and did my cardio circuit trainging....in which I walk on the elliptical for 5 mins, and then do 2 sets of 3 different upper body exercises, low weights but done fast, to get me huffin and puffin and then I do it all over again. I never stop for a half hour....I to that to give the legs a big rest, and provide some balance...How you all do exercise video's I just don't know! I have no coordination, and I never can keep up, or things pop in my joints, or burn on the sides of my legs...
